Mike has overall responsibility for global strategy, organization, culture, and operations at Guidewire. He is passionate about building great teams and innovative products and platforms that deliver value for customers, partners, and shareholders. Prior to Guidewire, Mike led product management and go-to-market strategy for core CRM products at Salesforce and served in the US Navy as a submarine officer. Mike’s unique leadership and cloud experience give him the capability to accelerate Guidewire’s role in the P&C industry.
As the head of Guidewire's worldwide operations, Priscilla oversees product development, security, cloud operations, customer success, alliances, corporate development, venture investments, and enterprise business operations. Priscilla joined Guidewire in 2005, with an extensive background in enterprise software both at startups and public companies. Previously, she served in several leadership positions, including operations, alliances, channel, business development, and product marketing, at Ariba, Sun Microsystems, Uniface/Compuware, Pyramid/Siemens Nixdorf, and Oracle. Priscilla sits on the board of Vonage Holdings and is a board advisor to Human API and Ethos Life.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jeff is responsible for Guidewire’s financial operations, which includes FP&A, accounting, investor relations, facilities, and procurement. He contributes to strategic planning and helps assess risks and opportunities. Previously, Jeff oversaw company financials as the Vice President of Finance at Guidewire. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer at GoodData and Vice President of Finance at Rally Software. Jeff began his career as an investment banker focused on the software industry.
Frank is responsible for Guidewire’s organizations for global sales, sales operations, customer relationship management, and partner alliances. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he has led world-class sales teams with a focus on customer transformation to meet the challenges of the digital age. Previously, Frank was Group Vice President, North America, at Oracle, where he played a crucial role in the company’s transformation to the cloud.
Diego has held numerous executive positions overseeing technology and product development in the San Francisco Bay Area, India, and Europe. In his role at Guidewire, he drives design and strategy to implement engineering goals that address the needs of P&C insurers, such as the requirement to rapidly bring new and differentiating insurance products to market. Prior to Guidewire, Diego served as Vice President of Software Development and Vice President of Product and Engineering at SAP Labs. He began his enterprise software career at Baan in the Netherlands.
Brian leads Guidewire’s global marketing efforts, including demand generation, branding, product marketing, and communications. Brian joined Guidewire in 2006, and during his tenure the company has been recognized as an industry-leading brand serving customers in more than 30 countries. He previously was Vice President of Marketing for PeopleSoft’s supply chain division and held marketing leadership and product marketing roles at Ketera, Ariba, and Tradex. Brian serves on the board of directors of Betterview, an insurtech that provides a geospatial predictive analytics platform for P&C insurance.
As the head of Guidewire’s professional services—including consulting, education, and support—Mike helps ensure customer success in implementing Guidewire. Mike has 25 years of experience in building enterprise services organizations. Previously, he was Senior Vice President for Americas Services for JDA, where he led that organization through several transformations. Mike also held management positions at Manugistics, QAD, Accenture, Grant Thornton, and TDS.
Winston is responsible for Guidewire’s worldwide administrative functions, including human resources, business technology, recruiting, legal, and corporate services. He also manages Guidewire’s corporate and compliance matters, as the company’s General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to Guidewire, Winston served as EVP, General Counsel, and Secretary at Infogroup and also worked at WilmerHale, an international law firm. Winston served as a clerk to Judge Bruce Selya on the US First Circuit Court of Appeals.
As Guidewire’s Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Christina helps customers to realize optimal value through their journey with Guidewire. Previously, Christina led cloud sales strategy globally at Guidewire, leveraging her commercial and operational cloud experience. She brings deep consulting knowledge to Guidewire programs as well as SaaS proficiency from her 15 years at Capgemini. Christina also spent four years on the executive leadership team of Virtustream, the mission-critical cloud company of Dell Technologies.
Sinéad leads the worldwide people strategy at Guidewire and has global responsibility for attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent in the industry. With her years of experience in management consulting, organizational transformation, and agile, she is passionate about building an employee ecosystem where people work with purpose and make a profound impact on the organization. Sinéad currently also serves as a startup advisor at Grindstone. Prior to Guidewire, she was Vice President of Enterprise Agility at CA Technologies.
In his role as Chief Innovation Officer, Paul supports senior executives of insurance organizations to refine their innovation strategies to achieve their growth objectives. He also leads the Analytics and Data Services go-to-market team, where his expertise helps Guidewire’s customers leverage analytics to deliver greater value to their policyholders. Prior to Guidewire, Paul served as Global CEO of Analytics at Aon and as a Partner at McKinsey & Company.
