California State Auto Group Selects Guidewire Solution for Claims Management

Guidewire ClaimCenter® to enable Cal State Auto Group to standardize claims management across lines of business and geographic locations

Guidewire Software®, a leading provider of flexible core systems to property/casualty insurers, today announced that the California State Auto Group, a leading provider of AAA-branded insurance, has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new claims management platform. California State Auto Group will standardize its claims operations on ClaimCenter for all of its lines of business and across all of its business locations.

Having recently acquired AAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Group, the company sought to standardize its claims management platform and modernize its technology foundation across organizations – ensuring high service quality and consistency for policyholders while improving operational efficiencies for its staff. Having a single claims system company-wide is expected to help ensure more efficient system support and maintenance as well as provide the flexibility for staff to work collaboratively in adjudicating claims regardless of their location.
