(NYSE: GWRE) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,850,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $13.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on January 25, 2012 under the symbol “GWRE.” All of the common stock is being offered by Guidewire. In addition, Guidewire has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,327,500 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Citigroup are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel and Pacific Crest Securities are acting as co-managers.
