P&V Group Selects Guidewire System for Claims Management

Belgian insurer selects Guidewire ClaimCenter® to help it deliver high levels of customer service and achieve operational excellence in claims handling

BRUSSELS & FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 28, 2014-- P&V Group, a Belgian cooperative insurance group, and Guidewire Software, Inc. (NYSE: GWRE), a provider of software products to Property/Casualty insurers, today announced that P&V has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter® as its new claims management system.

P&V Group wanted to update its claims operations platform and sought a well-organized system that would streamline its claims operations. The organization needed a system that would enable it to increase customer satisfaction, improve its business processes, and provide a flexible and upgradeable technology foundation.
