Midwest P/C insurer to use Guidewire DataHub™ to expedite access to InsuranceSuite data

HASTINGS, Mich. & FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 16, 2016-- Hastings Mutual Insurance Company, an award-winning, regional Property/Casualty insurance carrier serving the Midwest since 1885, and Guidewire Software, Inc. (NYSE: GWRE), a provider of software products to Property/Casualty (P/C) insurers, today announced that Hastings Mutual has selected Guidewire DataHub™ to support its enterprise-wide data management strategy.

Hastings Mutual selected DataHub for efficient data extraction and translation from Guidewire InsuranceSuite™, conformant data consolidation, and publication to downstream systems. One of Guidewire’s earliest customers, Hastings Mutual, successfully deployed Guidewire ClaimCenter® in 2004 and is currently implementing PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
