Guidewire Software, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Guidewire Software®, a leading provider of core system software to the global property and casualty insurance industry, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities and Citigroup will act as joint book-running managers for the offering, and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel and Pacific Crest Securities will act as co-managers.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, but has not yet become effective.
