Guidewire Reports Continued Strong Market Momentum in Property/Casualty Policy Market

Guidewire PolicyCenter® earns Novarica ACE Ranking, impressive sales results, and positive customer feedback

Guidewire Software®, a leading provider of flexible core systems to property/casualty (P/C) insurers, today announced that Guidewire PolicyCenter® is continuing to enjoy strong market momentum and industry recognition. With 11 new insurers selecting PolicyCenter in the past 24 months, PolicyCenter continues to attract the industry’s attention and gain market share.

  • 17 PolicyCenter insurer clients, with 11 new clients added in the past 24 months;
  • 7  insurers are in production with PolicyCenter supporting a broad range of personal, commercial, and workers’ compensation lines of business;   
  • Positive feedback highlighted in the ACE Ranking Report includes: significant enhancements in insurer productivity since implementing PolicyCenter, customers noting their faith in the product, the system’s scalability, aggressive investment in new releases and Guidewire’s focus on the customer’s success;
  • Earned an average ranking of 92 (out of a possible 100) in Novarica’s Average Customer Experience (ACE) Ranking: Guidewire PolicyCenter 2011 Q1, as well as rankings of 94 for Overall Customer Satisfaction and 92 for both Technology and Functionality. Download the report here.
